I choose #7. "Appearance of a non-lawyer as an attorney for a litigant in a case".
Reason: A non-lawyer is not a member of the bar and so you can't disbar him.

(7)—Appearance of a non-lawyer as an attorney for a litigant in a case does not constitute a ground for disbarment. Only lawyers can be disbarred; a non-lawyer cannot be disbarred. Besides, a non-lawyer is allowed conduct litigations in certain instances.
